Phonely in San Francisco seeks a creator to own the public voice and shape stories that resonate with high-volume phone-line customers. You will lead how Phonely presents itself, publish widely, and develop repeatable workflows using AI tools.

This on-site role collaborates with founders to turn shoots into scalable content and drive growth across channels. You will operate across concept, production, editing, posting, and engagement, selecting on-camera talent as needed to tell authentic

Qualifications

A portfolio with 100+ pieces created independently.
AI-native production habits and tool preferences.
Comfort on camera without a script and edits understanding.

Responsibilities

Own the public voice: what Phonely sounds like and what people remember.
Publish 5–10 pieces per week and ramp beyond competitors.
Build the system behind the output: taste sets direction, workflows carry lift.
Mine the tape for stories from real phone-line moments and publish fast.
Run the full chain: concept, shoot, direct, edit, publish, reply.
Place the right people on camera: you, engineers, reps, founders or customers.
Figure out channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, then others where buyers spend time.
Turn shoot days into paid creatives by cutting moments into assets for growth.
