Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience within the PINK business. You will translate brand direction into actionable priorities, drive visual standards, and coach a team of Supervisors and Selling Associates to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership across hiring, development, and performance, with a focus on daily operations, store presentation, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold the brand’s standards

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the PINK Manager owns: visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
