Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure brand protection team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, while traveling up to 25% and working some evenings or weekends as needed. This role requires a commutable distance to Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry experience.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to work evenings/weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations with consulting, coaching, and training to protect brand and delight guests.
• Develop and present summaries of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Collaborate with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address client challenges.
