Job summary

Restaurant Brands International, based in Miami, seeks a Sr. Analyst, Brand Standards to partner with the Operations Excellence team to create and evolve brand standards, manage performance tracking, and support field questions.

This on-site role reports to the Director, Operations Excellence and requires 2–3 years in restaurant operations, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3+ years of restaurant operations or hospitality experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendor.
• Ensure PLK restaurant visits are conducted per plan.
• Develop escalation process to address concerns with internal teams and vendor.
• Compile and present updates on operations reporting metrics.
• Maintain restaurant exceptions tracker and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with Director on status of exceptions and communications to franchisees.
