Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Food Innovation to drive development, commercialization, and standardization of new products and menu items.

The role partners with suppliers and internal teams to bring ideas from concept to market and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Successful candidates will leverage a strong food science foundation, project management skills, and experience with flavor, texture, and nutrition optimization across markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related field, or equivalent culinary experience.
• Experience: 2–5 years in product innovation, food production, or food commercialization.
• Strong technical background in food processing, manufacturing practices, and analytical testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and launch of new food items from concept through market launch, including sample screening, product specs, and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and consistency.
• Travel to production facilities during initial production runs and market tests to ensure compliance with specs and quality standards.
• Support concept testing and gather consumer insights to validate innovation ideas.
