Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in restaurant operations, audit administration, quality assurance, compliance, or analytics.
• Experience with multi-location programs and third-party providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day BSR strategy, administration, and performance.
• Create, test, and maintain assessment questions, scoring, criticalities, guidance, and documentation.
• Review all appealed results and coach field teams and third party vendor based on findings.
• Coordinate annual and cycle updates, cross-functional review, testing, approval, and implementation.
• Ensure questions are measurable, operationally relevant, and aligned with approved standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and convert findings into field actions and improvement opportunities.
