Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Brand Specialist to build new customer relationships while maintaining service levels with existing customers. You will handle customer deliveries, warehouse operations, and in-store activities for retail and food service accounts, with a flexible schedule including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Itemized check-in of delivered goods with a customer representative.
• Complete bi-weekly customer inventory.
• Create bi-weekly orders based on established inventory levels.
• Pull credits, create memos, and issue customer credits.
• Complete merchandising resets and cross-merchandising opportunities.
• 1-on-1 training with customer employees, including customer service and product knowledge.
• Delivery of perishable goods to customers.
• Monitor truck maintenance schedule and coordinate maintenance.
• Cultivate relationships with deli management to understand needs and opportunities.
• Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned.
