The role blends creative storytelling with analytics: own end-to-end content, spot emerging trends, produce and edit platform-native videos, and drive growth through data-driven optimization across channels.

• Become the face of Step’s social content, being on camera talent.
• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Identify and tap into emerging trends and tools to maximize reach.
• Produce, edit, post, and optimize platform-native content for each channel.
• Drive channel optimizations, audience development, engagement, and growth.
• Utilize analytics and data to improve our content and influence strategy.
