Job summary

Step is seeking a remote-friendly Social Media Content Lead to own the brand's content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You will be on camera, crafting, producing, editing, and posting engaging videos that educate and entertain while driving growth and awareness for the Step brand.

You will analyze trends, collaborate with creators, and push innovative formats to scale our social channels and financial literacy mission.

Qualifications

5+ years creating content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
Deep passion for personal finance and financial literacy.
Experience being on camera and producing content end-to-end.
Proven track record across platform-native formats.

Responsibilities

Become the face of Step's social content across major platforms.
Own end-to-end organic social strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Identify trends and tools to maximize reach and impact.
Produce, edit, post, and optimize platform-native content.
Drive audience development, engagement, and growth with data-informed decisions.
Use analytics to refine content strategy per channel.
