Qualifications

• 3+ years of media production, social content, or related project management experience.
• Proficiency with task/project management software.
• Experience building social media strategy for a founder-led brand or creator.
• Experience with consumer products, lifestyle brands, or high-growth challenger brands.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy across personal and podcast channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage end-to-end daily execution including publishing, distribution, and real-time pivots.
• Build a scalable content engine aligned with brand, product, and growth goals.
• Develop repeatable formats, series, segments, and show frameworks.
• Own content cadence, calendars, and scheduling across channels.
• Drive creative direction while protecting Suzy's visual identity.
