You will combine storytelling with data-driven insights to ideate and deliver market-ready sponsorships. You will collaborate with Editorial, Product, and Commerce teams, champion AI-assisted workflows, and help create customer-ready narratives that align with KPIs and client goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of brand strategy, ad solutions, or content marketing experience within a major digital media publisher, agency, or technology platform.
• Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and packaging multi-channel digital ad programs (custom content, video, high-impact display, and sponsorship integrations).
• Hands-on experience working with digital audience analytics platforms (e.g., Comscore) and synthesizing 1st-party audience data into actionable client narratives.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex strategic proposals from brief to pitch delivery, securing internal buy-in and presenting effectively to senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience using modern generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, or internal LLMs) to streamline research synthesis, creative ideation, or strategic writing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven history of collaborating successfully with editorial, sales, and product partners.
• A proactive self-starter with high analytical rigour, a collaborative work style, and a strong commitment to the intersection of content, technology, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch market-ready sponsorship packages and bespoke campaign architectures.
• Collaborate across Ad Product, Sales, Editorial, and Data Insights to drive ideation and client-ready solutions.
• Provide AI-augmented workflows to rapidly model insights and elevate pitch narratives.
• Represent the News Group in responses to RFPs/RFIs with clear, visually engaging materials.
• Partner with Sales to ensure exceptional client service from pitch to campaign wrap-up and renewal.
