Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, brand strategy, account management, or related roles.
• At least 6 years leading teams.
• Experience across B2B (enterprise tech, institutional investing, AI) and B2C (personal finance, business travel, luxury) markets.
• Expertise in financial services, including regulatory considerations shaping media execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Brand Strategy team.
• Set a strategic vision for the Brand Strategy function and deliver innovative client solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Editorial, Product, Pricing, Yield, and Finance to drive revenue growth.
• Develop tailored, client-centric ad solutions and compelling pitches and materials.
• Drive AI adoption and leverage emerging tech to enhance strategy and operations.
