Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a part- or full-time Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail in our Pittsburgh area. You will train and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

The role requires leadership experience in specialty retail, ability to train staff, cash handling, and use of POS systems. You will help manage stock, merchandising, and uphold safety and quality guidelines within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a specialty retail store.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements (lifting up to 30 lbs) and staying on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists to supervise Sales Associates during shifts and resolve issues per LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store/office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain well-organised stockroom and maximize on-floor merchandising.
• Support high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
