Job summary

LEGO Group in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a part-time Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail to lead a team, train staff, and maintain merchandising standards in-store. You will mentor sales associates and ensure accurate cash handling, POS operation, and stock replenishment while upholding LEGO brand values.

The role emphasizes in-store customer experience, collaboration with management, and maintaining safety and visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements: lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM/SM in scheduling and attendance.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts following LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store/office supplies within budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain organized stockroom and merchandize products on the floor.
