Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail in the United States. You will lead a team, train staff on visual merchandising, and ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

This role emphasizes sales growth, effective space management, and brand-driven customer experiences. The position requires leadership experience in retail, the ability to train employees, cash handling, POS familiarity, and availability to work up to 30 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment or equivalent.
• Delivery of Employee training or coaching to improve performance.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems experience.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising responsibilities.
• Physically capable of the demands listed (lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for long periods).
• Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week including weekends and multiple days.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by regular review of sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure effective space management techniques.
• Ensure LEGO brand graphics system and pricing is maintained for customer value.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished to support sales.
• Evaluate competitors visual merchandising and identify growth opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
