Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Part-time Team Leader to join the Brand Retail team. You will train the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales, while modeling LEGO Brand values and leading by example.

Responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates, managing scheduling, and ensuring accurate cash handling and stockroom organization. This role supports a fast-paced store environment and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of employee training to front-line staff.
• Cash handling and basic financial audits.
• Merchandising and visual presentation knowledge.
• Ability to interpret and act on sales/margin data.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM/SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, escalate issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supplies orders within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the floor.
• Assist ASM/SM in achieving high standard of merchandise presentation.
