Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements: able to move, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues per LEGO policies with ASM/SM support.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and keep products merchandised on the shop floor while hitting loss-prevention targets.
• Assist ASM/SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation per store guidelines.
