Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a full-time Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail to lead a team, deliver training, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee merchandising, pricing, and store presentation while driving sales and margins.

You will train Sales Associates, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive, safety-first environment. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in a specialty retail store.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling, inventory and sales auditing.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Maintain store graphics, pricing and visual merchandising.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished and inventory accuracy is maintained.
• Train Sales Associates on LEGO Brand Retail visual merchandising guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
• Deliver inspired retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
