Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connected devices brand. This is an independent contractor role with visits scheduled twice per month, typically one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification.

You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, ensuring accurate audits, strong brand visibility, and consistent store presence across locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Execute structured store visits, evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Assist staff with resolving display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
