Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connected brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, ensuring product quality and elevating brand presence.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates available upon certification. This role offers flexible scheduling and supplemental income as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Every visit begins with an audit, then follow-ups and eventual merchandising.
• Assist staff with display fixes and brand visibility on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and upload data.
