Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits for a wireless brand. As an independent contractor, you will liaise between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled visits and reporting findings through the ThirdChannel App.

Visits are typically one hour each, twice per month, with compensation on a per-hour basis. Immediate start dates are available upon certification, and travel to local stores may be

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
