Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless and connectivity client. The role acts as a liaison between the brand and stores to ensure accurate audits and strong brand visibility.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate start dates after certification. This is a flexible, contractor-based opportunity across local retail locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with mobile reporting skills.
• Access to personal transport to reach local stores.
• Own a smartphone with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control: conduct store visits to evaluate presentation and conditions.
• Visit execution: initial audit followed by follow-up visits and merchandising as needed.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving display issues on the floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data/photos.
