Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connectivity brand. You will be a key liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, approximately one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification and flexible scheduling coordinated with store management.

• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and improve displays.
• Assist staff with brand or display fixes on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
