Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. Independent contractor role with immediate start dates after certification; visits occur twice per month, one hour per visit, offering flexible supplemental income.

You will use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos, maintaining strong brand visibility and a well-maintained in-store presence

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable in store environments.
• Comfortable using mobile reporting tools to submit surveys and photos.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits and quality control to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.
• Visit execution: audits followed by issue resolution and merchandising as needed.
• Display and merchandising fixes on the sales floor with store staff assistance.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
