Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure brand protection team is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor in San Diego, CA. You will conduct on-site evaluations, coach clients, and provide insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include delivering assessment findings, partnering with internal teams, and meeting weekly visit targets while adhering to HIPAA guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site brand protection visits using consulting, coaching, and training.
• Develop and present assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address client challenges.
• Manage a budgeted number of visits weekly while ensuring exceptional client experience.
