Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure Brand Protection team seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to conduct on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights across hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities in Boynton Beach, FL. You will protect client brands, reinforce standards, and drive improvements in guest experience and safety.

Responsibilities include delivering assessment findings to leadership, partnering with EcoSure and Ecolab teams, and managing a high-visit schedule while leveraging iPad, MS Office, and CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to protect client brand and guest experience.
• Develop and deliver summaries of assessment findings, areas for improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges and support growth initiatives.
• Maintain a budgeted number of visits weekly and provide excellent client service.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tools for planning and execution.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during visits in hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities.
