Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure team is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to perform on-site assessments, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence in Baltimore, MD. You will protect brand standards, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement with client leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering assessment findings, planning visits, and working with CRM tools. Requires 21+, valid driver's license, and hospitality experience; travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits using consulting, coaching and training to meet client expectations.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly with exceptional client experience.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite and CRM to plan and perform essential job functions.
