Job summary

Pankow is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to energize our brand across proposals, client communications, and marketing materials. The role requires 3-5+ years in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction marketing, with a track record of fast, accurate communications and strong storytelling.

You will collaborate with the Culture and Communications team to ensure consistent voice, develop presentations, and support interviews and bid responses for regional and corporate pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent to perform essential functions
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred
• 3+ years of communications experience in marketing/branding
• Strong writing and editing capabilities
• Experience creating proposals and marketing content

Responsibilities

• Energize Pankow's brand to keep it fresh and relevant
• Maintain brand marketing efforts for external and internal audiences
• Support development of content and materials across proposals and communications
• Collaborate with culture and communications teams on messaging and storytelling
• Assist with interview strategy sessions and presentation development
• Coordinate and develop regional proposal activities and presentations
• Organize post-proposal debriefs and maintain documentation
