Job summary

WRNS Studio seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across the firm. The role will coordinate complex proposals and storytelling across San Francisco, Seattle or Honolulu.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and help shape new tools and workflows using Airtable and OpenAsset.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of marketing or communications experience in professional services fields.
• Experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• This role supports WRNS’s five marketing pillars across business development, pursuits, brand, communications and marketing operations.
• Support client-facing business development through presentations, research, and strategic materials.
• Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations.
• Ensure deadlines are communicated across teams and met on time.
• Manage consultant inputs, internal reviews, and pursuit workflows.
• Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, and firm collateral; support visual consistency.
• Develop thought leadership content, social media postings and project storytelling.
• Maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal databases.
