WRNS Studio seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across the firm. The role will coordinate complex proposals and storytelling across San Francisco, Seattle or Honolulu.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and help shape new tools and workflows using Airtable and OpenAsset.
WRNS Studio is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator in San Francisco, Seattle or Honolulu to join our team and support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across the firm.
This role supports our four studios in San Francisco, New York, Honolulu, and Seattle. We are looking for a highly organized self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to create compelling brand materials, coordinate complex proposal efforts across teams, and help improve how WRNS wins new projects and tells our story. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and telling great stories along with strong project management skills and an aptitude for working with diverse stakeholders.
Our team is actively building new tools and workflows to improve how we pursue new work, leveraging Airtable, OpenAsset, and emerging AI-enabled processes that support pursuit strategy, project storytelling, and asset management. This is an exciting growth opportunity, where you’ll have the chance to work with department leadership to help shape these new systems, refine them over time, and measure their success.
