Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator in New York to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of production styles. You will ensure retailer requirements are met for color, artwork, fabrics, samples and testing, while monitoring status via daily emails and the PLM system.

The role requires strong prioritization, multitasking, and team collaboration in a fast-paced apparel environment. Knowledge of tech packs and general computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track the lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals and timeline and production status with Time and Action reports, Work in Process, and daily emails with the factory.
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories.
• Submit items for approval to retailers and licensors and coordinate with their team.
• Ensure all testing compliance.
