WS Development Seaport is seeking a coordinator to support field marketing, brand partnerships, and on-site activations in Boston. You will help fulfill client contracts, maintain materials, and serve as the main contact for pop-up experiences, working with cross-functional teams to deliver standout activations.

Position Overview
TheSeaport Marketing Field Team works in partnership with the WSBrand Partnerships teamto selland executesponsorships and activations (such as theSnowportHoliday Market) with best-in-class brands in categoriesincluding:auto, CPG, tourism, tech, financial and beauty. Past partners have included: Lexus, JetBlue, Paramount+, Red Bull,Glossierand many more.
TheSeaportBrand Partnerships Coordinatoris responsible forproviding day-to-day administrationand on-site supportrelated to pre- and post-sale activities. This role will support theSeaport Field Marketing Teamtoensurecontract obligations are executed seamlessly, providing on-site support to clients and liaising with the Brand Partnerships teamand Seaport Property Management team.
TheCoordinatormustpossessstrong communicationand organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity that functionsin the field, so a background inevent/live showproduction, experiential marketing,etc.is preferred.This position will work withmany cross functional partners, collaborating, problem-solving, and ensuring that each client finds success in the Seaport.This role requires attendance in ourfieldofficelocatedinBostonSeaport, MA.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-80,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
