Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to create an exceptional in-store experience and embody our Mission, Vision and Values in every interaction. You will become an expert in product categories, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.

You will process transactions accurately at POS, monitor promotions, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales, achieve metrics, and uphold laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Understand current promotions and ads; perform merchandising and floor tasks.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and handle cash/media responsibly.
• Identify skill gaps and improve metrics with store leadership.
