Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist in maintaining store inventory and support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and inventory processes are accurate, enabling smooth replenishment and a positive customer experience.

The role requires flexibility for various shifts, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work with partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills are required.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy to support stock levels.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor following ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise prior to stocking the floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems and maintain records.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns per company policies.
• Maintain high UPH productivity and keep the stock room orderly and compliant.
