Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Motion Designer to bring the brand to life through dynamic motion across product launches, social/video, events, and large-format campaigns. You will help define and evolve Baseten's motion language and build a scalable system that elevates our identity in fast-moving brand work.

You'll collaborate with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to translate complex technical ideas into clear, distinctive visuals, pushing the boundaries of motion while maintaining high craft

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design across brand systems and campaigns.
• Ability to concept, storyboard, design, animate, and deliver final production end to end.
• Judgment on when to keep work simple or push for innovative solutions.
• Clear opinions on motion and brand expression with rationale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
• Create high-craft motion work for product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and OOH.
• Concept and produce video content that makes technical products compelling.
• Think at every scale, from short social clips to large-scale executions.
• Collaborate with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to tell technical stories clearly.
