Pump.co is seeking a Brand Designer to craft high-quality visual and motion assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership to shape how Pump is seen and experienced.

Strong motion design is essential as you tell compelling stories through static and animated content while helping evolve our brand system and contribute to GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual or motion design in startup or B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio covering static and motion work for digital and brand.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Framer is required.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaigns.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and animated content for launches and communications.
• Collaborate on brand evolution, content strategy, and marketing campaigns.
• Own and evolve Pump’s design system for visual consistency.
• Support presentations with creative design and storytelling.
• Contribute to overall creative strategy and campaigns.
