Job summary

Baseten is seeking an exceptional Motion Designer to shape the brand's motion language and bring Baseten to life across product launches, social videos, events, and out-of-home campaigns.

You will own projects end-to-end, partnering with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to translate technical ideas into clear, memorable motion work. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-moving brand team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion, visual design and craft.
• Strong typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling fundamentals.
• Ability to own a project end to end from concept to final production.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
• Create high-craft motion across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
• Concept and produce video content that makes technical products feel compelling.
• Think at every scale, from five-second clips to Times Square campaigns.
• Partner with brand teams to bring identity systems and storytelling to life through motion.
• Experiment with new formats, tools and emerging technology to push the brand.
• Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to make launches feel momentous.
• Raise the bar for motion craft across Baseten's output.
