Nen Creative is seeking a Motion Designer to join our fast-growing studio and bring bold ideas to life in motion. You'll design and animate launch videos, commercials, explainers, and social content across 2D, UI, typography, and editorial styles, collaborating with producers, editors, and directors.

The role emphasizes craft, speed, and delivering high-quality work across multiple projects. Remote-ready and self-directed, you will own projects from concept through delivery, push for strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of motion design experience in studio, agency, or in-house team.
• Strong reel showing product/UI motion, branding, and edit-driven animation.
• Expert in After Effects; comfortable with Figma and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion across launch videos, commercials, explainers, social content, and campaigns.
• Translate direction and storyboards into compelling motion with proper tone and pacing.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, designers, and directors to realize ideas.
• Iterate quickly on feedback while maintaining craft.
• Help build templates, presets, and motion systems for consistency.
• Balance speed and quality across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay current on tools and trends to elevate our motion work.
