Job summary

Mondelēz International in Delaware, OH is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set displays, build relationships with store teams, and ensure products are in stock using an iPad and Salesforce.

The position requires driving, independence, and a proactive attitude, with Tue–Sat shifts starting at 7:00 AM and hourly pay of $16–$18 plus a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of hard work in a fast-paced retail environment; physical tasks.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Delaware, OH; secondary location Dublin, OH.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; Start Time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient field coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product.
