Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in local stores. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays, ensuring products are always in stock and well showcased.

You will travel to multiple stores daily, lift heavy items, and use Salesforce on an iPad to place orders. The role includes weekends, early starts, and opportunities for career advancement within the

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, driver’s license, or US passport.
Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple locations and lift up to 25 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plans are followed.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
Stay safe and compliant given the physical nature of the role.
