Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle and have valid insurance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting, bending and moving products up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
