Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Delaware, OH and nearby Dublin. You will manage shelf standards, stock levels, and display execution for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz, while ordering products via iPad and maintaining in-stock conditions.

You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, visit stores Tuesday through Saturday, and lift/move products as part of a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs as needed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Delaware, OH (primary).

Responsibilities

• Visit stores on a daily/regular schedule to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are prominent.
• Capture display photos and report back via DMI/Salesforce per RTM plans.
• Order product using iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Build relationships with store personnel and communicate store insights to RTM/management.
• Perform physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving products as required.
