Job summary

Mondelēz International invites you to join as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, a frontline role that brings Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shoppers find their favorites where expected.

You will order via iPad, maintain stock using Salesforce, and implement promotional displays while following RTM plans. Strong customer service, reliability, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple stores.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and reach performance goals.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to ensure shelf and display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize coverage with the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, with the physical nature of merchandising.
