Job summary

Mondelēz International in Ohio is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shoppers find favorites where expected.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong customer service and professional attitude.
Own a vehicle with valid insurance and be able to drive to multiple store locations.
Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
Stay safe and compliant; perform lifting and movement of products.
