Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will interact with store teams, maintain stock, and ensure products are prominently displayed and available.

The role emphasizes daily store visits, data entry via iPad/Salesforce, and collaboration with RTMs to drive brand visibility and sales. Physical, on-site work is required with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Ann Arbor, MI (Saline, Ypsilanti, Belleville listed).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical demands of the role.
