ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager who is strategic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative to join our B2B Marketing team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is excited to lead cross-channel campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert high-value accounts through the middle stages of the funnel.

You bring a strong mix of campaign planning, website ownership, and lead nurturing expertise, with a solid understanding of ABM tactics and B2B engagement strategies. You know how to align content, email, PR, and web touchpoints into a cohesive narrative that drives results, and you’re comfortable coordinating across teams to keep projects moving on time and on message.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the marketing website as a strategic growth platform: structure updates, content planning, UX optimization, and coordination with design and development teams.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, landing pages, gated content (ebooks, case studies), PR, and web.
  • Develop and launch email nurture sequences for leads and partners — from concept to analytics and performance tracking.
  • Create and optimize ABM assets: personalized landing pages, downloadable gated content (ebooks, cases), and lead forms.
  • Coordinate PR activities aligned with product campaigns and messaging.
  • Build and analyze engagement funnels and dashboards to monitor behavior and conversions at the mid-funnel stage.
  • Track key KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of content- and integration-driven campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform messaging and campaign tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, design, and sales enablement teams.
  • Operate internal systems (Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Anaplan, Zip) for campaign coordination, planning, and task management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Solid years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or B2B communications (experience in tech companies is a plus).
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, web, content, PR, landing pages).
  • Experience owning website and landing page content, structure, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with ABM tactics and mid-funnel lead nurturing (personalized landing pages, gated content, email sequences).
  • Understanding of engagement and conversion metrics at the middle stages of the funnel.
  • Strong skills in adapting messaging and content based on competitive and market research.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, design, and sales enablement teams.
  • Proficiency with internal tools such as Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Anaplan, Zip for campaign coordination and workflow management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and self-driven.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Russian is a mandatory.
