Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in brand marketing with ownership of positioning and brand investment decisions.
• Familiar with brand tracking studies, share-of-voice data, and GA4.
• Clear written reasoning; able to explain why decisions are right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real brand marketing experiences. Focus on testing planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions.
• Write or review reference answers. Define criteria separating strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts. Judge them against your standards.
• Evaluate AI capabilities in diagnosing data, prioritizing, planning, QA, triage, research, reporting, and orchestrating multi-step work.
