• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic task briefs based on marketing work you have personally performed.
• Define what each task tests, including problem, decision point, tradeoff, or judgment.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, datasets, workflows, and tool states to create realistic environments.
• Develop or review reference answers that demonstrate strong practice.
• Create evaluation criteria that distinguish correct from plausible incorrect approaches.
• Review AI attempts and evaluate performance against marketing standards.
• Identify weaknesses in AI reasoning, execution, prioritization, and reporting.
• Provide clear, evidence-based feedback explaining why an approach is correct or not.
• Help refine tasks, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks to improve training environments.
