Job summary

The Odom Corporation in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Brand Manager to lead Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits - Pernod brand initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales Managers to build and implement brand strategies across accounts.

This role requires evaluating sales data, coordinating promotional activity, and training the sales team on new brand programs. A high school diploma or GED is required plus 1–2 years in beverage sales or distribution. Local knowledge of Alaska preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Experience in beverage sales or distribution preferred; strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Managers to build and implement brand strategies.
• Develop measurable brand programs for sales consultants.
• Compile and communicate sales data results against goals.
• Provide updates and recaps with supplier representatives.
• Train and coach innovation plans with sales staff and trade customers.
• Research local marketing opportunities for retail and on-sale accounts.
• Coordinate and implement promotional brand activity across accounts.
• Survey accounts with supplier reps and staff for opportunities.
• Stay current with brand knowledge for carried brands.
• Support the sales team with flexibility and professionalism.
