Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Brand Manager A&H Laundry Additives (Scent Boosters) to own the P&L and lead strategic and tactical marketing operations for its brand(s). The role spans planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

The position requires a BA/BS with 5+ years in Marketing (CPG/OTC/Cosmetics) and strong analytical and forecasting skills. Hybrid work in Ewing, NJ with in-person Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Experience with P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing management and control marketing P&L within approved levels.
• Develop consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to build share, sales and profit.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for brand(s) with agencies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive top and bottom line results.
• Utilize market research and insights to inform decisions.
• Lead business analysis and reporting with data-driven actions.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies to grow share.
